Terms and Conditions

 

 

 

My Free 14 day membership starts on the date I sign up and give my payment information. After my Free 14 Day ADD Coaching Club membership has ended $77 will automatically be charged to my credit card unless I cancel my membership. ADDClasses.com must be given 3 full business days written notice by email to process the cancellation.

After my 14 day free membership has ended I agree to pay Tara McGillicuddy, Director of ADDClasses.com $77 per month for the ADD Coaching Club membership which will automatically be charged to my credit card every 30 days. ADDClasses.com must be given 3 full business days written notice by email before the next billing date to process the cancellation.

I understand that Tara McGillicuddy, Becca Colao,Ronda Stone and Cindy Giardina are ADHD Coaches. Tara, Becca, Ronda and Cindy provide Coaching through the ADD Coaching Club. They do not provide mental health counseling or psychotherapy. I understand that Tara McGillicuddy, Becca Colao, Ronda Stone, Cindy Giardina and ADDClasses.com are not responsible for any decisions I make after joining the ADD Coaching Club.

I have read and understand the current schedule. I understand that the ADD Coaching Club reserves the right to change the current schedule and will give the club members at least 7 days notice of permanent changes and/or significant changes. I also understand that the ADD Coaching Club Coaches will do their best to follow the schedule. From time to time there may be extenuating circumstances which prevents a coach from following the schedule.

I understand that long distance telephone charges may apply.

I understand that no refunds will be given.

I also understand that I must be at least 18 years old to participate in the ADD Coaching Club.

I understand that I must be a registered member of ADDClasses.com in order to access the ADD Coaching Club area.

By joining the ADD Coaching Club I acknowledge and agree to all of the terms and conditions stated above.
